This Black History Month, the Town of Fuquay-Varina invites you to experience the vibrant tapestry of African American culture through a celebration of music and art.
Prepare to be moved by the soulful sounds of gospel during our Gospel Showcase, featuring talented local artists organized by the Black History Stakeholders Group. This event is a heartfelt tribute to the power and significance of gospel music in our community and African American culture. Throughout February, other performances will showcase diverse musical traditions – from the soulful sounds of the Masters of Soul to the timeless elegance of Shana Tucker’s Icons of Jazz series.
