Racing for Rescues 2024

Racing for Rescues is a 5k timed and untimed event for people who want to run either with or without their dog(s) plus a family-friendly one mile walk — all taking place at Jefferson L. Sugg farm at Bass Lake Park in beautiful Holly Springs. All proceeds from this event benefit Second Chance Pet Adoptions, Raleigh’s oldest no-kill shelter serving Wake and the surrounding counties. Since our inception in 1987, we have helped more than 19,000 dogs and cats have found their forever home.
