To celebrate 50 years in business, Irregardless is hosting a series of special prix fixe dinners celebrating each decade it’s been in existence. The second dinner will celebrate the 1980s with a three-course meal for $75 at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2025. The 1985 menu choices will be:
• Baked Oysters with nduja, Pernod, panko Parmesan crumble, and tarragon aioli; or Acorn Squash Soup with coconut curry, candied ginger, spiced pepitas, and vadouvan oil
• Herb-crusted Lamb Chop with fine herbs, sour cherry jus de agneau, baked polenta, and grilled scallion; or Coquilles St. Jacques with scallops, shiitake, Jarlsberg cheese, Yukon gold potato puree, toasted breadcrumbs, and herb powder; or Eggplant Parmesan with tomato sauce, Parmesan, and fresh herbs.
• Almond Bavarois with almond brittle, white chocolate, and raspberry coulis; or Cheesecake 43 with Liqor 43, graham cracker, candied pecans, spiced vanilla, and whipped cream.
Wine or beverage pairings will be optional. Menu subject to change based on availability.
